Welcome to The Modern Mom Blog!! I decided to create this blog because it's a wonderful way to get information out there to other Mom's. Being a parent in today's world is challenging and of course, REWARDING, don't forget that. There a TONS of parenting issues being written about, all of which are telling you how you should or should not parent. All of this can make us feel like bad parents...I am here to confirm that you probably are doing a good job and do not have to accept all of the unsolicited advice that is given. However, you may have to pretend to be listening.
With this blog, I shall provide all of the information that I think is cool to look at and that's it. I would also like to cater a tad bit towards my creative side and post some of my craftiness. So expect to see my beginner adventures into sewing and some of my favorite meal ideas posted from time to time. Feel free to critique everything I do, cause we all know I need it.
SO, I hope will follow me and enjoy all of the good stuff I'm going to post here! I promise to make this a relaxing and educational experience. :-)
